I bought you something and will put it in your locker
Thanks. I’ve actually never heard about the company so good learn about them. Would like to have 2 things mentioned in the review: Price and where they are made. Of the boots I have gone through, the only ones that were durable and lasted were either made in the USA or Italy. Other ones started to fall apart after a season or 2 of use. For the past 14 years I have mainly been using Scarpa – first Zanskar GTX which lasted a decade and still look great, and now the Kinesis Pro GTX which so far has been a fantastic boot.
I bought these boots and was very disappointed. I could feel the lug tread on the side of my feet in steep rocky terrain. They recommend adding an expensive insole like superfeet or sheepfeet, but why should I spend a bunch more money to make my $375 boot comfortable??? Don’t be fooled by the influencers who are sponsored. Do your research and read reviews. Not to say other crispi boots are not good. This is just my experience with these specific boots.
yes.
Going on my first backcountry bear hunt in Idaho in September. Deciding between these, the lapponia 3 or the Nevada…I’ve tried on all three and can’t decide. I’m afraid the lapponia might be too flexible and the Nevada too stiff. These seem to be a good in between…any input between these three?
