I just received my gamebreakers a couple days ago. They are super comfy yet extremely heavy duty. They aren’t as stiff as a traditional logger sole yet they feel just as heavy duty. I am adding the thick veg tan insoles after the fact as well. I was expecting them to be lighter than what they are but I don’t think it’s a big deal at all. The thickness of the foam midsole really dampens rough and irregular terrain while also giving a very comfortable and supportive feel. I love them. I am a land surveyor that spends time on heavy civil construction and also hiking through aggressive and rough desert terrain around Las Vegas. These strike a balance between all my needs. They put every pair of Danners I used to swear by to shame. I highly recommend this boot.
